SCAN BODY

Creodent scan bodies are used to duplicate an implant’s highly precise angulations and position during the scanning process. Their design allows them to be used with both intraoral and desktop scanners. The opacity of these scan bodies on a radiograph allows for accurate confirmation of complete seating on the implant. Their sand blasted surface makes them suitable for scanning without spray and increases the precision of the scan. The scan bodies should not be retained in the mouth for longer than an hour. Each scan body is packed with a retaining screw.
